A little about me

My name is Susan Carbott and I love to draw, paint and refinish furniture. I also love antiques and old
unique pieces of furniture — especially chairs. I strive to avoid waste and put as little into our landfills as possible. It's this combination of interests that inspired me to create Sweet Chairendipity.
My artistic taste and style is a constantly evolving craft. You can check out my "Other Projects" page if you'd like to take a peek at some of my other past and present projects.
I've spent a great deal of time researching to find the highest-quality products available (for my home as
well as my business) to ensure they provide the best result with the least negative impact on our environment
and my health.
My hope is to create quality chairs that make people smile and add a little flair to a favorite space in their
home, business or yard.
I hope you like what you see and share your thoughts and suggestions. You can find customer feedback on the "Feedback" page.
